1. It's within walking distance of Larimer Square and 16th Street Mall which was perfect for us as these were two areas we wanted to explore.

3. The hotel's location is also excellent, just two blocks away from the 16th street mall, and within walking distance of several great restaurants (Rodizio's and H burger were some of our favorites).

7. Ideal location to explore downtown- the whole 16th street mall area is about 2 blocks away plus a bunch of other attractions like Coors Field, Pepsi Center, convention center and microbreweries are all within walking distance.

8. I liked the location in that it was set back from the busier streets but close enough that the nice shops and restaurants in the area are just a couple blocks away (16th St/Larimer St).

10. We enjoyed a two block walk to the '16th Street Mall', and watched Happy Hour at the various restaurants extend past 10PM.
