2. The suite was amazing- you can tell it's a new hotel- it has so many amenities that other Ritz-es don't have; I liked the touch screen phone with integrated features for events and weather, the espresso bar, but I did not like that there were no Bvlgari toiletries!really bumped about that one.

Besides the club floor issues, the lack of a pool for kids (there's one next door that they can swim in on the weekends only), and the fact that this hotel is in a seedy part of town, the rooms themselves were beautiful and immaculate, filled with every amenity you'd expect to see at a Ritz-Carlton.
