3. Free wi-fi, cable, full kitchen, shuttle service (for those of us who don't know the area), social hour evenings (oh I loved the chili, Elias did a great job making it!) The staff was extremely nice and supportive.

7. I was so pleased by the service that I wrote a letter to the general manager and one to the customer sevice corporate headquarters thanking them for the way we were treated and how much this staff helped us make it through such a difficult time for our family.
