9. There was urine left in the toilet when we arrived and the shower head fell off twice during our stay (2 nights).

10. The power outlets are all filthy, the paint has been patched in places with different colors, the tub faucet is falling apart and rusted out, the shower head is mounted out nearly 2 inches from the chipped tile that`s been painted over and is now peeling.
