1. There is no charge for the on-site parking, and a free shuttle service will ferry hotel guests to local attractions including Northpark Mall, the SMU campus, and other sites.

5. Come time for check out on Sunday we found that they had double charge my mother in law and lost her hotwire reservation (that was already paid in full).
