3. For nearly 2 years, I have talked to dozens of guests that comment on his professional demeanor and I've even talked to restaurant/bar managers that have come to have a drink at the Radission exclusively to experience his service.

(see photo) Making our way past the bed so I could call the front desk I get to the night stand, and I see some mystery liquid coming from under the lamp (see photo) This was the last straw for me I wanted to speak to the manager, I picked up one of the hotels phones in our room, it didn`t even work no dial tone.
