7. The hotel was within easy reach of Dallas city centre and the shuttle bus was useful for this.

8. Stayed here a week ago and the hotel itself was fine, but I booked this hotel based on the shuttle service and proximity to the medical school and the airport.

9. Before I booked the room I spoke with hotel staff to verify that the shuttle would be able available when I needed it, but unfortunately, the staff appeared to be unable to grasp the concept of setting this up- more than once.
