1. Wireless internet access was decent, with the caveat that it was midweek after Labor Day and the parking lot was pretty empty (so little competition from other guests for using the internet) - still wasn't great internet access.

5. On the negative side, the wifi connection and room lighting (for working/reading) were terrible, room service never got anything 100% right (although they were prompt), and the stuffed chair barely fit between the bed and window, so there was no room for an end table or place to put your drink.
