This was not easy-my new room,1201 had: a leaky tub faucet ( I had to close the door to not hear it) a torn arm chair arm no recycling basket the note pad stuck to a spill on the end table which also was missing the finish in several places the garbage was missing in the bedroom there was a paint chip missing out of the door at eye level the toiletries were mixed up (no lotion but 2 body washes)I was ill on the on the second day of my stay, so I did not want people coming in and out of my room.

10. My request to get a manager to come to my room and look at the tub were ignored but the front desk took me on a tour of available rooms to find clean one.
