3. The front desk people were great especially the young woman there on Saturday night who arranged to have a couple of pieces of fresh fruit sent up to my room since there is nowhere within 20 miles of the West End to shop for fresh food.

8. I called the front desk fairly late one night to inquire about any restaurants that delivered food at that hour, and not only did the woman give me the name of a place, she had a menu sent up to our room.
