2. My wife and I stayed here for her 40th Birthday and upon arrival we were given a letter from the hotel manager wishing her a happy birthday.

3. To start with upon checking in the hotel manager had a very nice plate of chocolate dipped strawberries and cookies delivered to our room with 'Happy 30th Anniversary' written in chocolate.

4. The front desk and bell captain took care of our hospitality baskets and early check-in needs, the bistro manager was great in helping with 2 brunches for large groups on Saturday and Sunday mornings and lastly, during the reception, the staff was very attentive to our needs.
