1. If you eat there Sunday through Thursday, the meal is $55 per person ('5 Diamonds for $55') for three-courses, which is less than half of what such a meal would reasonably cost in San Francisco or New York.

3. For a 5 star property I was suprised that the room did not have:1) A full length mirror2) In-roomsafe3) Slip mat in bath/shower4) Daily morning newspaper (a small thing but for what it costs greatly appreciated).

4. Speaking of which, there is at least one supermarket within walking distance, so if you're looking to save costs on dining you'll find plenty of options nearby.

8. There are a couple public parking lots nearby that cost ~$8/ day, but too far to drag your luggage on the first and last night.
