5. In particular, I'd checked out in the morning only to return later that afternoon when I missed my flight, and not only did they check me back in at my corporate (reduced) rate, they made every attempt to put me back in the same room which I felt was above and beyond.

9. First, let me say that this is a Ritz: I expect everything to be outstanding (especially given the rack rates) , and this hotel did not disappoint me.
