5. and here comes the worst part, the hot water in shower came only for 5 mins before turning completely cold.

6. Here are the problems: shower took forever to drain, woke up to hammering and drilling of the construction staff, was told many times there were no more rooms for us to switch to, then finally the manager said she`d move us to the top (12th) floor, far from the construction noise.
