3. Spinach dip was inedible but the waitress took it back without hesitation and removed the charge from our bill.

4. The rooms in the hotel are old and dirty, the were not properly stocked with standard items, as mine had no shampoo and conditioner, no TV remote, the area of town seemed a bit shady and the customer serivce was not good at all when I had a billing issue.
