3. The room was REALLY luxuious, well appointed, from the 4 super soft oversized pillows on the bed and the high count sheets and luxury bedding to the thick soft bath sheets (super size, super thick towels) and other bath linens.

5. Room needs more outlets, specifically I had to crawl on the floor and look behind the drapes to find a plug in (1 outlet), then you have to move the bed to plug a phone in at night.
