1. Cobwebs adorned the light fixtures, there were weird white stains on just about everything upholstered, the bottom of the tub was covered by a brown 'film' and dark brown stains, the pictures on the walls were bent and sagging, there was candy spilled on the floor from the prior guests, and there was a giant neon sign right outside our window.
