From the valet pointing out that they had a daily parking rate discount for the convention I was attending, to the check-in person pointing out we had free wireless and automatic late check out (by being 'frequent flyers' with Crowne Plaza) and some special help from the front desk & administrative staff regarding documents I needed notarized for work (which was handled very quickly and professionally).

5. Rewards members do have the option to take a discount on either the valet parking or internet so that helps a little.
