1. Check in and out was efficient and valet service was good.

From the valet pointing out that they had a daily parking rate discount for the convention I was attending, to the check-in person pointing out we had free wireless and automatic late check out (by being 'frequent flyers' with Crowne Plaza) and some special help from the front desk & administrative staff regarding documents I needed notarized for work (which was handled very quickly and professionally).

8. On the 23rd I had to pack up my items from the one hotel and check out, waiting 4 hrs before being able to check in to the Crowne (again an inconvience, since i didnt know my way around i literally sat in my car waiting to go check in at the Crowne.
