1. The bed was comfortable, but it wasn't one of those adjustable mattresses that HGI's have at other locations.

5. Friendly staff, nice HDTV in room, comfortable bed (although pillows could be upgraded a bit) and Neutrogena amenities in the bathroom - I am not shy about taking these home for future trips.
