3. Upon requesting another suite to the higher floor his exact words were, 'I'm not going to KICK out another guest from their room for you' (whom had Not checked into the hotel yet) mind you prior to this he was keen to using the proper tones.

4. My parents were upgraded to a suite, and almost all of the guests were put on the concierge level with free buffet and beverages (as it turned out, the concierge lounge was closed for most of the weekend, but oh well).
