8. We are Marriott Reward customers, so upon check-in, they automatically upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise.

9. The front desk staff walk out from behind the counter to greet you when you check in, the restaurant manager makes sure you have great meal, and the Concierge staff get to know you and are always pleasant and helpful.
