1. The front desk staff walk out from behind the counter to greet you when you check in, the restaurant manager makes sure you have great meal, and the Concierge staff get to know you and are always pleasant and helpful.

2. My parents were upgraded to a suite, and almost all of the guests were put on the concierge level with free buffet and beverages (as it turned out, the concierge lounge was closed for most of the weekend, but oh well).
