3. The service was absolutely outstanding and DEE DEE, the wonderful and helpful guest service agent at the check in desk was exemplary in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and nothing we requested was a bother for her.

5. Upon arrival, the Hotel was not very busy so very short wait to check in, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful as was all the staff.

BUT it was supposed to be open until 11pm, when we got back from the baseball game at 10 it was CLOSED Restaurant- We never ate there but its kinda looked like the "free" breakfast areas in hotels-- we thought about eating breakfast there but 5 dollars a person for breakfast which really didn't look that good + Microwave and Mini Fridge in the room+FRIENDLY Staff!**Check-in and Check-out were easy and quick+GOOD parking lot.
