1. There is all types of entertainment within walking distance, and we felt quite safe walking in that area of town.

8. We had 5 people, wanted to stay within walking distance of the stadium, and were not willing to pay for 3 rooms at somewhere like the downtown Hilton, so this was perfect for us.
