3. In conclusion, this hotel is great for families and groups who are looking for clean downtown accommodations for a good value and consistent service, and don't mind severely outdated rooms.

8. In summary, I would say that if you are expecting Hilton-type quality, then choose somewhere else, but if you are looking for a great value, especially if needing multiple rooms, then the Garfield is a good choice.
