7. With Priceline, I spoke with someone in Customer Service in the Phillipines (yes, Priceline ships US Jobs overseas) who said there was absolutely no one to escalate my call to without sending a snail mail letter to their senior vice-president for 'customer service' in Norwalk, CT.
