When we finally arrived at the hotel the manager said he was sorry and that was all, explaining how it wasn't the shuttle drivers fault, scheduling issues, but we asked Jan 2nd, 2010 when we left would someone be available to pick us up Jan 9th, 2010 at 11:15 and we were told it would be no problem, I am very disappointed in the services we received or should I say didn't receive and do not plan on staying with Holiday Inn again in the future.
