The hotel manager then told us to get a taxi that he would pay when we got there, then we tried that and taxi drivers would not do that, so then we called the hotel back (hotel had still not asked for our number) and he called a cab for us and we waited another 25-30 minutes in the cold looking for this cab.

When we finally arrived at the hotel the manager said he was sorry and that was all, explaining how it wasn't the shuttle drivers fault, scheduling issues, but we asked Jan 2nd, 2010 when we left would someone be available to pick us up Jan 9th, 2010 at 11:15 and we were told it would be no problem, I am very disappointed in the services we received or should I say didn't receive and do not plan on staying with Holiday Inn again in the future.

3. The hotel does have cameras, but we have been fighting with the general manager for 2 days now to review the tapes.

4. The worst thing about my stays at this hotel was the unpleasant experience of seeing a manager (the general manager, I think) chastising an employee at the lobby desk--a conversation that obviously should have been held in private.
