1. I chose this hotel because it was one of the handful of hotels near the airport that I could use points from my credit card for a free stay and one of the very few few that provided a free airport shuttle and parking at the hotel.

4. (I got a feeling that I`m not in Raleigh any more toto!) If you care about your car, only use the side and rear parking lots.
