1. Imagine my surprise when I check-in and I'm told the club is closed on weekends, this is not reflecting anywhere on the site.

2. On the bad side, the executive lounge was closed for unknown reasons, check in staff were young ladies who preferred multitasking such as speaking to each other or checking their mobiles while serving customers.
