1. As a Hyatt Diamond member, I was very happy with the way they handled my special requests, and all were accommodated: early check-in, room upgrade and late check-out.

7. Drinks and sundry items are located behind the check in desk and ice maker is in the laundry room--I would have never thought to look there and was frustrated the woman at the desk gave me directions to the machine but did not tell me it was inside the laundry room.
