4. I have been to the hyatt ss for 1 day, I was in transit for other locations so I was looking for a cheap room near the airport, nothing more.

5. Drinks and sundry items are located behind the check in desk and ice maker is in the laundry room--I would have never thought to look there and was frustrated the woman at the desk gave me directions to the machine but did not tell me it was inside the laundry room.
