1. The machines were all nice and clean- a small refridgerator was stocked with water and folded wet towels-strong attention to detail.

2. There were also no towels when I went and everybody excersizing was sweating profusely with nothing to wipe with-Noisy A/C-Small rooms (which is the case at most Sheratons).
