2. I forget their names but the bell staff and the parking valets were fantastic - even in really busy times, they somehow addressed me by name and took care of us right away - all of them really nice - way more than you would expect.

6. You might have to navigate a minefield of other charges while staying here (like the parking and the laughably expensive room service) but the old Inn just oozes character and charm that more than make up for its imperfections.

9. So -- it's a tough call, stay in a first-class hotel a couple miles away from the campus and hunt for a parking space everytime you run into Chapel Hill .

10. This is the perfect place to stay if you're attending a sporting event as they have their own shuttle and you don't have to worry about parking.
