5. If I had to name weaknesses, it would be that while the bedding was attractive, very clean and crisp, and the pillows plentiful and nice, the mattress was not quite equal to the 'dream' beds we have become used to in some hotels, and the a/c was a bit weak, (but did work).

8. Once we had settled, a polite knock brought the maid, 'Would you like turn-down service?' Absolutely - we talked with the maid about the hotel and the area, and she had some great suggestions, made the room even more inviting,(I'm a sucker for chocolates on the pillows) then disappeared.

10. Newspaper was at our door each morning, a basic turn down service nightly (curtain drawn and a chocolate on pillow) and two robes in the room were the only special features that might set this place apart.
