1. The facility is well kept and comfortable, but it is the staff that makes this place special; you are as likely to receive a coffee warm-up from the manager at breakfast as you are to get great restaurant recommendations from the bartenders or ice from the check-in staff.

3. All of the staff were very friendly helpful and efficient and we liked the way that they all (including it seemed the manager) lent a hand at breakfast to make sure that there was no hanging around for tables or top ups.

6. The manager came out, I explained my wife`s health condition, the fact that she uses oxygen etc, and the manager was more than rude, cutting me off by saying: my staff member smelled smoke, therefore the charge stays.
