7. There was no warning of an early departure fee on the website, and all other Marriott Hotels do not charge early departure fees, so we were surprised.

8. The manager came out, I explained my wife`s health condition, the fact that she uses oxygen etc, and the manager was more than rude, cutting me off by saying: my staff member smelled smoke, therefore the charge stays.

9. I explained that I would dispute this charge, and that I`m more than happy to pay my nightly charges for my stay but not the Maintenance charge.
