4. On a couple of occasions I saw management outside the hotel checking times of shuttles and on one occasion when shuttle was delayed in traffic I saw management organise passengers in a managers car and brought to airport by car.

10. Bearing in mind that the car was in fact parked in the hotel car park, the Assistant Manager was completely unsympathetic and took no responsibility for the damage, saying the area is notorious for criminals and it was our choice to park the car there.
