4. I did a bunch of research before we came down and chose this hotel because it had a hot breakfast (just eggs the day we were there but good enough), free shuttle from the airport (which I understood would cost $30 each way!) and good location - close to downtown Boston.

7. No free stays were offered for my troubles nor did they refund any the cost already paid, which would have gone a long way toward making me a little happier.
