2. Both locations are a few blocks from T-stops, coffee shops, etc. Both locations have running hot water, safe and quite neighborhoods, clean beds and towels, cable tv, fridges.

5. The brownstone accommodations consisted of a spacious and tasteful living room with fireplace (nonworking), pull-out couch, dining table, kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker), plasma screen TV, free WiFi, and a separate bathroom (with thick towels!).
