1. It's in a great location- Back Bay is a fun area particularly around Newbury Street.

2. I arrived after a long flight on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and was cordially greeted by the staff, who kindly upgraded my accomodations to a beautiful one bedroom apartment on West Newton Street.

4. Having secured an affordable booking into one of their comfortable studio apartments on West Newton Street, I was able to come and go as I pleased, and was happy to be able to have accomodation which would allow me to some independent cooking, allowing me to entertain friends.
