1. It rubbed right off when I touched it so it didn't concern me - I think when you're parking in a city garage things like this are to be expected.

2. The Copley Parking next door is a public parking facility which costs 35USD per day and you have to leave car there whole time otherwise youhave to take a new ticket and pay again.

3. If, however, you're looking for a hotel with big rooms, a spacious parking lot, and absolute quiet, you should probably stay somewhere outside the city and drive/cab it.
