1. Our cat was welcomed warmly and the chamber maids were very amenable to cleaning our room as soon as requested, so we could take our cat out while they were working.

2. In all fairness the maids cleaned the room spot on but we will never go back to this Hotel ever.

3. The television only worked 4 of the 7 days we were there and the maid actually yelled at us for not using the 'maid make up room' card correctly, probably due to some teenager thinking it was funny to flip the do not disturb side over.

4. Room service was always done efficiently, i only actually met the maid on my last morning and that was only as i was staying in the room a little longer due to checking out.
