1. Unexciting from the outside this fitted the bill, being clean & quiet, with no restaurant but near the Prudential Centre that has plenty.

6. When I complained to the manager, they did fix the bill and waived the $18 parking charge as a way of apologizing for all the inconveniences.

7. To add insult to injury when my bill arrived in the morning, they charged me $200/night for the night instead of the $169 that I had booked online bringing the total bill to over $250 for a crappy night sleep in a noisy room.

8. There was a mistake on our bill and I was ready to have to argue about it but the staff was friendly and it was fixed right away.

9. I did notice that a few people were complaing about rates varying on nights of their bills and it sounded as though one complained of bugs and possibly rats.
