5. When you arrive there are no directions regarding where to park to check in, what to do, etc. No staff member offers to help with your luggage or provides any guidance whatsoever.

8. We had to park in a lot a block down and walk over to the hotel in the rain to find out the parking lot for the hotel was an additional block down.

9. My only warning is not to park in one of the parking garages--you will at least get charged $30 for 2 hours parking, and $33/day if you leave your car after 5AM :( It is worth the time to look for street parking.
