Good points: LOCATION (a few steps from T, a few steps from Fanueil Hall, a few steps from financial district, a short sprint to airport); friendly staff (loaned me their personal umbrella, spent an hour rewiring our TV, gave lots of detailed area directions, all super helpful and responsive); price (decent discount.
