1. In addition to the location, this was a very clean hotel with a comfortable Queen size bed and great shower (no bathtub though, but we didn't miss it).

ROOM 807 was large clean and very comfy king size bed, great location , nice modern room with all the amenities ,only drawback: hair dryer was broke, construction being done in lobby (no bar or restaurant in hotel ,odd for Boston) the front desk employees were VERY snobby so I may not be back even though the rooms were great, I only live 20 min away but went as an overnite with a large group.

10. Cons: the hotel does offer hot coffee and tea in the lobby but other than that there's not much else being offered outside of a bed to sleep in and free internet.
