The valet//bellman parking staff was outstanding and I can't say enough about how efficient they were - the car was always ready for us when we needed it, of course, when calling in advance!:-) The room had a great view to the harbor - LOVED IT - but it does need some TLC, I wish they changed the red velvet carpet but truly you soon forget about it when you take a moment to enjoy the bay view and a nice flat screen TV.
