1. The pool area was admittedly, rather unkempt with towels all over the place, but again--at $76/night, we`re not going to complain.

2. Our sink clogged as well, and we had an extremely difficult time tracking down anyone in housekeeping to get new towels, etc. I also think the room may have been plagued by bed bugs, because we spent the entire night itching.
