The
front desk
moved us into a new tower but after talking on the phone with them for an hour and moving to our new room we found out the key they gave us did not work so we had to go back to the
front desk
at 3am to get another key.

front desk
and after a couple careless reactions and waiting 40 minutes for new keys to be brought up, we discovered that our door did not lock at all.

front desk
clerks working at a time.

clerks to handle check-ins.
